FRP insulation pipe
FRP insulation pipe is filament winded by fiberglass roving, used as conveying pipe. It is a new type insulation pipe which produced by the polyurethane material as central insulator layer and FRP pipes as the external pressure-bearing protection layer.

Characteristics 

1. Light weight, high strength, convenient transportation, installation and maintenance, the heavy lifting equipment is not required 

2. Good water conveying, smooth inner surface, small resistance for fluid can save the cost of pumping. 

3. No fouling on the inner surface, through long-time use, the smooth inner surface also can be kept.

4. Low thermal conductivity, it is 0.39w/m•k，excellent insulation. 

5. Good corrosion resistant, long service life.

6. The insulation layer shall be performed in factory, and it can reduce the installation time.
